Three-Night Tahoe Donner Getaway
Up to eight people can enjoy a three-night stay in this private Truckee home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Located in a private community with many amenities including pools, gym, golf course, equestrian center, tennis, trails, and private beach on beautiful Donner Lake. Terms: Cleaning fee, $100. Winning bidder must supply their own linens. Day use fees apply to access amenities. Subject to availability June 1-27, 2013, reserve dates by May 1, 2013.

One Week at Vail Summit Home

AM Project: “Schoolhouse”
Celebrating 60 years of Miraloma’s own little red schoolhouse. This monoprint collage created by the AM kids depicts our beloved schoolhouse.

PM Project: “Afternoon Vignettes”
The yellows and blues of the afternoon were formed by the PM children using a mixture of hand and Lego block printing. Photographs of the children were digitally altered and printed in an overlay on this 21 x 41 inch stretched canvas.

All proceeds benefit Miraloma Cooperative Nursery School. Wines have been generously donated by all the families at Miraloma each with an average retail value at $30 or more. Each chest contains a mixture of various varieties of reds, whites and sparkling wines.
Quilt Raffle
Quilt raffle tickets are just $2 each, and are available for purchase from any Miraloma Family, and also at the auction in the Cash & Carry area.
Miraloma parents have been making a quilt each year since the school was founded 60 years ago. This year’s beautiful quilt was hand-made by Jan Scott. The quilt incorporates partial tiles from a project where Miraloma kids used various vehicles to drag paint across a surface, along with solid-color linen blocks distributed in a random pattern. No two blocks are the same, just like the personalities of the children.
